A woman reported at 1:38 p.m. Monday a door was open that should be closed at a church on Beaver Street.
Michelle Hall, South Green Street, reported at 12:45 p.m. Monday she was receiving harassing phone calls from an unknown phone number.
A Green Tree Place woman reported at 4:55 a.m. Monday her daughter and her daughter's live-in boyfriend were arguing in front of their six-month-old child. Police spoke with the couple separately and the man said that his girlfriend accused him of texting another girl on the phone and that all he wanted was the phone and he would go to his mother's house. His girlfriend told police that he had cheated on her. She then gave him the phone and he left.
A woman reported at 11 p.m. Sunday a large tree limb was on South Lincoln Avenue just off West Lincoln Way.
A woman reported at 8 p.m. Sunday an alarm was going off inside the post office.
A woman reported at 4:36 p.m. Sunday she could hear people riding four-wheelers in the area of Maple Street. Police checked the area but did not see anyone riding four-wheelers.
Police checked on a power substation on Pritchard Avenue at 4:29 p.m. Sunday after the power went out briefly in that area and discovered a transformer was arcing.
Todd M. Hayter, 41, state Route 164, Leetonia, was eastbound on East High Street at 6:31 p.m. Oct. 11 when he failed to stop and struck a vehicle owned by Tim Hepner, Cherry Fork Road, Leetonia, who had the vehicle parked to unload equipment. Hayter was cited for assured clear distance ahead.
