An officer on patrol reported seeing Pamela Risbeck in the parking lot of Walmart and believed she had been banned from the store. He contacted the manager to alert her that Risbeck had entered the store. An employee following Risbeck reported she came in without a coat, then put one on in the store and, after paying for a few items, left wearing the coat without having paid for it. She was charged with petty theft. Her age and address were not listed.
