Elmer A. Daniels, 51
WELLSVILLE-Elmer A. Daniels, 51 of Broadway, Wellsville died at his home on Saturday, Oct. 13, 2012 following a brief illness. He was born in East Liverpool, Ohio on May 8, 1961 and was a son of the late James J. and Estella N. (Gamble) Daniels.
Living his entire life in this area, he had worked as a driver for Waste Management for 15 years. He was a 1980 graduate of Wellsville High School and served in the US Army. He was a member of the VFW Post 5647 and the Bible Baptist Church.

His wife, Virginia K. (Rearley) Daniels survives him at home. They were married on June 11, 2005.
Also surviving him are four sisters: Treva M. Daniels, Pat Hanlon and her husband James, Janie Rawson and her husband Dave and Kathy Heiney and her husband Donny all of Wellsville; one nephew: Paul Daniels and his wife Kari; four nieces: Heather McCarthy, Stephanie Brown and her husband Dave, Tina Heiney and Tara Williams; four great nephews: Levi Brown, Jacob McCarthy, Gaven Heiney and Austin Jackson; one great niece: Katlyn Jackson; his mother-in-law: Susan K. Rearley; two brother-in-laws: William and Westley Rearley and his beloved cat: Bubba.
Besides his parents, he is preceded in death by two brothers: William "Jimmy" Daniels and Franklin Daniels and a nephew: Hugh Daniels.
Services will be held at the Wellsville Chapel of the Martin MacLean Altmeyer Funeral Homes on Tuesday, Oct. 16, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Nick Timms of the church officiating.
Burial will follow in Yellow Creek Cemetery where the Tri State Burial Group and the West Virginia National Guard will accord military honors.
The family will be present to receive friends at the funeral home in Wellsville on Monday, Oct. 15, 2012 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m.
