Theresa Fisher, Fairway Road, East Liverpool, reported Saturday her Kubota riding lawn mower had been taken from beside the garage. Her estranged husband was contacted and told deputies he had put the mower inside the garage, to which Fisher has no access. She was informed that the mower was not stolen.
Megan Mercer, state Route 7, New Waterford, reported her children were playing and went into the rented room of another tenant, where they reportedly found a quantity of drugs and drug paraphernalia. When Mercer spoke to the renter about removing the drugs, he reportedly began to threaten her. She was advised to speak to the landlord about eviction proceedings and also to the drug task force, with deputies telling her a search warrant would have to be obtained in order to gain entry to the room.
Ron Wisbeth, with Rogers Community Auction, reported Friday two vendors received counterfeit bills from an unidentified young couple. A short time later, Tiffany Gray of Rogers Food and Fuel reported receiving a counterfeit bill from a person who said she had gotten the bill from Rogers Sale.
Jamie Yojo, Mountz Road, Homeworth, reported $737.88 was taken from her bank account, having been spent in Dodge City and Forgan for fuel. She received multiple overdrafts as a result of these unauthorized transactions.
Dee Hume, state Route 170, East Palestine, reported an unknown person tried to scam her, and when she told him to leave her alone, he called back and became aggressive, threatening to blow up her home.
