Elleck S. Quinn, 35, address not listed, was charged Thursday with domestic violence after police were called to Price Street for a domestic situation and reported finding Amy Cameron at the door with the shoulder of her shirt ripped off. She also reportedly had red marks on her chest and neck and a bleeding wound on her arm. Cameron told officers Quinn beat her up, choked her, threw and struck her with a beer can and threatened to kill her, also picking up a brick in the bedroom and threatening to "smash your head."
