In Municipal Court Wednesday, Shane E. Johnson, 26, Dresden Avenue, was fined $475, sentenced to 30 days, 27 suspended, had his license suspended 180 days and was placed on probation two years for OVI. For a marked lanes violation, he was fined $30.
Dustin R.I. Kent, 22, Riley Avenue, was fined $125 for no operator's license, with 17 hours of community service given in lieu of the fine.
Fined for speeding were Ronald E. Haus, 58, Canfield, $100, and Timothy R. Minor, 25, Clark Avenue, Wellsville, $30.
Rebecca M. Sole, 76, West Washington Street, Lisbon, was fined $65 for improper turn.
Pretrials were scheduled Oct. 11 for John P. Powell Jr., 22, no address available, charged with obstructing official business and intoxication and for Reese J. Slappy, 23, Princeton Avenue, charge with two counts of assault.
