Megan A. White, Case Street, reported her estranged husband is in the process of moving out and his dad, John Reed, grabbed her by the arm and shoved her. Reed denied putting his hands on White. Officers stood by while her estranged husband, James Reed, gathered his belongings.

Edna Cunningham reported a man keeps calling her father's hospital room even though there is a protection order against him.

Cynthia L. Cornell, West Fourth Street, left several items on the passenger seat of her unlocked vehicle overnight and they were missing the next morning.

Robert L. Brumley, West Fourth Street, reported his home entered through a window and items taken.

Tonya Senkbeil, Edgewood Street, wanted a man removed from her home. Officers stood by while the man left in his vehicle.

Responding to reports of a man screaming in the middle of Sixth and Broadway, officers found a man who was irrational and who another man said was not taking his medication. He was transported by Tri-County ambulance to the hospital.

A student barricaded himself under the stairwell near the cafeteria at East Liverpool High School but came out after Chief John Lane spoke with him. The boy has a history of mental illness, according to reports. He was released to his mother.

Misty Tice, Wilbert Avenue, reported being assaulted by several females and had visible injuries. Officers spoke to the mother of one of the women who said Tice had come to the apartment and was kicking the door, demanding someone come out to fight.
