Helen L. Moffett, 18, Highland Avenue Wellsville, and her brother Roy Moffett, 16, were both transported by Negley EMS to St. Elizabeth Hospital with non-life threatening injuries following a crash at 4:15 p.m. Sept. 25 on an ATV she was driving on Taylor Road in Middleton Township. The vehicle overturned, ejecting both of them, before traveling off the right side of the roadway. She was cited with unsafe vehicle.
