Marcus Prendes, age and address not listed, was cited for OVI and reckless operation after his southbound vehicle reportedly struck a utility pole, traveled over an embankment onto Boyce Avenue and struck the front of a parked vehicle. It then went through a yard, over a hillside and struck a tree.
