A Maple Street extension man reported at 2:49 p.m. Thursday he was trying to move out and needed an officer there to keep the peace. At 12:26 p.m. Friday he reported a man came to the home and hit him while he was trying to move out the rest of his things.
Mike Skidmore reported at 5:31 p.m. Thursday his ex-girlfriend came to his business and assaulted him in front of a crowd of people, and he wished to press charges. He later told police he didn't want to testify and didn't want to put the mother of his child in jail. Witnesses also didn't wish to give statements, and the man's ex-girlfriend refused to provide a statement.
An East Lincoln Way woman reported at 5:47 p.m. Thursday her son's black and green Mongoose BMX bike was stolen from their patio between noon and 4 p.m. that afternoon.
A Prospect Street woman reported at 12:32 a.m. Friday a friend left his set of drums in her basement several months ago. She had told him to have them removed as she was going to clean the basement out, but he never had them removed. The woman said that she later got rid of the drums, and the man is now making threats to her because they are no longer there. The man reported at 11:36 a.m. Friday she had told him she gave the drums to another man and that when he spoke to the man he was told they had been sold. The man said the drums were Pearl brand and worth about $1,500.
A CARTS driver reported at 4:54 a.m. a bus was broken into and a radio was stolen.
A woman reported at 8:40 a.m. Friday someone from New Jersey used her debit card online to make a $162 purchase from Bed Bath and Beyond. The woman said she contacted her bank and the card was canceled on Thursday.
A woman reported at 10:26 a.m. Friday a man was walking up the middle of Saltwell Road and would not move for traffic.
John Mellott, Maple Street Extension, called for an officer because he was having problems with Richard Parrish at 10:10 a.m. Wednesday. Parrish was in the process of moving out and was arguing with Mellott.
Dan Downard reported seeing a young child walking alone along state Route 154 at 3:35 p.m. Wednesday.
Sandy from the county Counseling Center reported Wednesday afternoon they wanted an officer to stand by while a patient was being transported for further mental evaluation.
