In Municipal Court Thursday, Courtney A. Snyder, Toronto, was fined $200, sentenced to 90 days, 80 suspended and placed on probation two years for resisting arrest. For disorderly conduct/intoxication, she was fined $100.
John T. Slade, 22, Beaver Falls, Pa., was fined $100, sentenced to 30 days, 27 suspended, and placed on probation two years for criminal trespassing.
Tiffany G. Walls, 31, Pritchard Avenue, Lisbon, was fined $100 and sentenced to 10 jail days for criminal trespassing. For intoxication, she was fined $75.
For a second offense driving under suspension charge, Shawn A. Myers, 36, Primrose Lane, was fined $75.
Jessica A. White, 24, Lincoln Avenue, was fined $150, sentenced to 30 days, 28 suspended, and placed on probation two years for theft.
James S. Price Jr., 22, Burford Street, was fined $250 for a third offense driving under suspension charge and $30 for speeding, with 41 hours of community service given in lieu of the fines.
Aida M. Rodriguez, 54, state Route 154, Rogers, was fined $150, sentenced to 30 days, suspended, and placed on probation two years for theft.
Paula Parks, 29, Wilbert Avenue, was fined $150, sentenced to 90 days, 80 suspended, and placed on probation two years for assault.
Jennifer L. Boyle, 18, Wilbert Avenue, was fined $150, sentenced to 90 days, 80 suspended, and placed on probation two years for assault.
A jury trial was scheduled Dec. 6 for April L. Guy Busic, 41, Mingo Junction, who is charged with vehicular homicide in relation to the death of Jerry Frame, 61, of Chester, W.Va. in a May 2011 crash in St. Clair Township. She is also charged with failure to control.
The case had been continued Aug. 9 to Thursday to allow Busic to get her affairs in order prior to taking a plea agreement, and on Thursday, the case was continued until Nov. 29 for a status hearing to prepare for the jury trial.
A jury trial was set Nov. 15 for John Lockett III, Maplewood Avenue, charged with two counts of prohibitions concerning companion animals.
A second pretrial was scheduled Oct. 11 for Michael J. Cross, 38, Lisbon Street, charged with domestic violence.
Pretrial was scheduled Oct. 10 for Lucas L. Sims, 27, Thompson Avenue, charged with obstructing official business, driving under suspension, reckless operation and no license plates.
