In Municipal Court Wednesday, Scott B. Ingram Jr., 32, Pennsylvania Avenue, was fined $250, sentenced to 180 days, 150 suspended, and placed on probation three years for each of two charges, assault and theft.
Todd A. Potts, 43, Dover, was bound over to Columbiana County Common Pleas Court on a charge of fleeing.
Jeffrey S. Dean, 52, Campground Road, Wellsville, was fined $30 for a marked lanes violation.
Pretrials were scheduled for Craig A. Swartzlander, 30, First Avenue, charged with obstructing official business and resisting arrest, Oct. 16; and for James K. Bishop Jr., 41, Wilbert Avenue, OVI, drug paraphernalia, Nov. 1.
