Dennis Barker Sr., Irish Ridge Road, reported a portable oxygen concentrator stolen from his residence.
Responding to a report of a person needing removed at a Fisher Avenue residence, officers reported finding Julie A. Carl standing on the front porch. She said Tom D. Picklesimer had locked her out of the house. Picklesimer told officers he locked her out because he's afraid of Carl, showing them texts from her he perceived as threatening. Officers reported reading every text but seeing nothing they considered threatening. Picklesimer was advised to see his landlord about evicting Carl.
Brenda Clark reported a black cement flower pot stolen from the White family plot at Spring Grove Cemetery.
James Oaks, address not listed, reported his daughter parked his car at her boyfriend's on Cannons Mill Road, and someone threw a large rock, damaging the door, window and fender.
