Wade A. Lovett, Smithfield Street, reported his girlfriend, Jennifer Eastham, was destroying his apartment. Officers spoke with Eastham, who said Lovett struck her and it was her son who damaged the walls in the apartment. Lovett left for awhile until Eastham could collect her belongings and leave.
James F. Sailing reported a high point 9mm pistol taken from a First Street residence, where he kept it in a lock box because he is prohibited from keeping it at his own home. His address was not reported.
While backing a vehicle from Burrows Avenue onto St. Clair Avenue, Sherry L. Clark, 62, South Surry Road reportedly was struck by a passing SUV. The driver of the SUV stopped then fled the scene unidentified. Clarks vehicle is owned by Riverview Florist, East Sixth Street.
