CHESTER - Richard K. Goodlin Sr., 80, of Chester, passed away on Monday, Oct. 1, 2012, at the Adkins Care Center in East Liverpool following a lengthy illness.
Visitation will be held at the Arner Funeral Chapel in Chester from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday Interment will follow at Locust Hill Cemetery in Chester.
