Visitors to council chambers inside Wellsville Village Hall on Friday may have noticed something missing. The back two rows of seats on the left side of the room have been removed to make way for a conference table and chairs. Wellsville Mayor Susan Haugh said the move was necessitated by an increasing number of meetings amongst village officials and with business representatives. The two rows accounted for 10 seats but will be made up for with 10 chairs around the table, with no loss in available seating for public meetings. (Photo by Richard Sberna)
