Douglas E. Wells, of Newell: Pleaded guilty to destruction of property. Fined $100 and assessed $185.80 in court costs. Restitution to be determined.
Philip R. Chalmers, of Pittsburgh: Pleaded guilty to driving left of center. Fined $10 and assessed $160.80 in court costs. A charge of driving on a suspended license (non-DUI) was dismissed with prejudice at prosecutor's request.
Margaret Rocchio, of New Cumberland: Charge of domestic battery dismissed at prosecutor's request.
