In Municipal Court Friday, Amanda L. Keyes, 26, Claibourne Street, was fined $100 for possession of marijuana.
Jeromy D. Hayes, 21, Avondale Street, was fined $150, sentenced to 30 days, suspended, and placed on probation one year for obstructing official business. He was ordered to undergo anger management counseling.
Ben Edward Eastham, 40, Second Street, Wellsville, was fined $150 for driving under suspension and $28 for no turn signal.
Elma K. Dailey, 46, Claibourne Street, was fined $30 for no turn signal.
Justin M. Buckel, 20, Bloomfield Road, was fined $50 for no operator's license and $30 for unsafe vehicle.
Sean N. Mosack, 30, Wells Avenue, Wellsville, was fined $75 for driving under suspension and $50 for speeding.
Christopher T. Williams, 29, Thompson Avenue, was fined $75 for driving under suspension.
Michael Gibson, 34, New Cumberland, W.Va., was fined $65 for failure to control.
Cory Lynn Robertson, 27, New Cumberland, W.Va., was fined $35 for a red light violation.
Brandon M. Muschweck, East Sixth Street, was fined $65 for assured clear distance.
Arielle N. Koon, 25, St. Clair Avenue, was fined $50 for expired operator's license.
Pretrials were scheduled for Eric L. Jordan, 34, West Pidgeon Road, Salem, charged with drug paraphernalia, Oct. 25; Robert L. Flowers, 44, Eutaw Avenue, OVI, disregard for safety, Oct. 23; Kayla M. Mrosko, 21, Commerce Street, Wellsville, driving under suspension, left of center, Oct. 16; and Rebecca Irwin, 38, First Street, driving under suspension, failure to signal, Oct. 25.
