In Municipal Court Thursday, Gage Gough, 18, First Avenue, was fined $250, sentenced to 180 days, 120 suspended, and had his license suspended 180 days for failure to comply with a police order. He was fined $150 and sentenced to 90 days, 60 suspended, for resisting arrest. For no operator's license, he was fined $100 and was fined $30 each on charges of U-turn, peeling tires and no motorcycle safety equipment. Charges of no operator's license for an off-road vehicle and display of plate were dismissed. He was placed on probation two years and was given 66 hours of community service in lieu of fines.
Tina Rowland, 38, Allison Road, Chester, W.Va., was fined $100 for driving under suspension, with a theft charge dismissed.
Tammy L. Reddinger, 44, McGavern Road, Salineville, was fined $200 for obstructing official business.
Robert M. Hissam, 60, Kent Street, was fined $150, sentenced to 30 days, suspended, and placed on probation two years for resisting arrest. For disorderly conduct/intoxication, he was fined $150. He was given 20 hours of community service in lieu of each fine.
Heidi Russell, Calcutta-Smith Ferry Road, was fined $150, sentenced to 30 days, suspended, and placed on probation two years for disorderly conduct.
On a domestic violence charge, Chelsea R. Baker, 22, North Shady Lane, was fined $200, sentenced to 90 days, 85 suspended and placed on probation two years. She was fined $100 for disorderly conduct.
Robin Dougherty, 52, Calcutta-Smith Ferry Road, was fined $150, sentenced to 30 days, suspended, and placed on probation two years for disorderly conduct.
Steven Miller, 27, McKinnon Avenue, was fined $100 and sentenced to 45 days in jail for obstructing official business. For possession of marijuana, he was fined $100 and had his license suspended 180 days and was fined $100 for driving under suspension.
Mary R. Marshall, 49, Saint George Street, was fined $250, sentenced to 90 days, and had her license suspended three years for fleeing. No probation was given. She was fined $30 each on charges of no turn signal and no seat belt.
An OVI charge was amended to reckless operation against Kaylynn R. Keener, 24, Broadway Avenue, Wellsville, who was fined $150, with 20 hours of community service given in lieu of the fine. She was fined $100 for driving under suspension, again with 20 hours of community service given in lieu of the fine, and was fined $30 for a marked lanes violation, with four community service hours given in lieu of the fine. For no seat belt, she was fined $40.
Nick A. Salisberry, 23, West Ninth Street, was fined $100 for no operator's license and $30 for driving left of center, with four hours of community service given in lieu of the fine and an illegal plates charge dismissed. For failure to comply, he was fined $250, sentenced to 90 days, 83 suspended and placed on probation two years.
Kelly J. Hooper, 36, Ravine Street, was fined $100, sentenced to 180 days, 120 suspended and placed on probation three years for each of three counts of endangering children. For each of two counts of passing bad checks, she was fined $50 and placed on probation three years.
Teresa L. Kennedy, 40, Wilbert Avenue, was fined $150 for disorderly conduct.
Jada C. Pack, 26, Erie Street, was fined $75 for driving under suspension and $65 for failure to control.
