In Columbiana County Municipal Court Tuesday, Keith M. House, 26, Votaw Drive, Lisbon, was fined $1,275, had his license suspended for 24 months and was sentenced to 30 days in jail for OVI first offense, driving without a valid license, failure to control and hit skip for his involvement in a one-vehicle crash on Aug. 6.
Andrew J. Rice, 30, Stewart Road, Salem, was fined $675, sentenced to three days in jail, had his license suspended for six months and required 40 hours community service for OVI first offense and turn signal violation.
Brian J. Joachim, 19, Cleveland, was fined $430 and required 40 hours community service for underage consumption, failure to display a valid sticker and a seat belt violation.
Richard A. Faloba, 43, Trinity School Road, Lisbon, was fined $350 and sentenced to 28 days in jail for obstruction of official business and criminal trespassing at Rosebud Mining, Pine Hollow Road, Lisbon, on Feb. 11. A possession of criminal tools charge was dismissed.
Christopher R. Ewing, 28, Gavers Road, Hanoverton, was fined $300 for failure to reinstate a license.
Jason E. Cope, 36, Silliman Street, New Waterford, was fined $300 and required 60 hours community service for wrongful entrustment and no license amended from driving under suspension.
Erik C. Carlson, 23, Salem Grange Road, Salem, was fined $300 for no motorcycle endorsement, no helmet and no license amended from failure to control.
Bruce L. Letson, 21, Lisbon Street, Columbiana, was fined $150 for assault for head butting Cierra Sokol on June 24.
Kevin T. Weigle, 18, McClure Road, East Palestine, was fined $150 for unsafe vehicle amended from failure to control.
Jodie L. Collins, 37, Park Avenue, East Liverpool, was fined $100 for no license amended from driving under FRA suspension.
Corey D. Cope, 21, West Lincoln Way, Lisbon, was fined $100 and required 10 hours community service for persistent disorderly conduct.
Donna Gale McCain, 43, West State Street, Salem, was fined $100, required 30 hours community service and sentenced to one day in jail for theft for stealing at total of $79 in gas at Duke and Duchess in Columbiana during two visits on Sept. 2 and 7.
Timothy A. Boggs, 43, North Pleasant Drive, East Palestine, was fined $100 and required 30 hours community service for four counts of passing bad checks for checks written in August to Sparkle totaling nearly $213.
Kayla D. Clingerman, 26, Walnut Street, Salem, was fined $100, required to perform 20 hours community service and sentenced to one day in jail for receiving stolen property for taking copper stolen by an employee of Butech Bliss Inc. to sell it at Quaker City Auto Parts on July 25.
Tracy L. Mattern, 41, Bye Road, East Palestine, was fined $100, sentenced to one day in jail and required 40 hours community service for theft for taking $1,000 from John Simon on March 18 in exchange for a vehicle, which was never given nor titled to Simon.
Michael E. McCain, 40, West State Street, Salem, was fined $100, sentenced to one day in jail and required 30 hours community service for theft for pumping $53 in gas at Duke and Duchess on Aug. 29 and leaving without paying.
Daniel W. Morgan III, 40, Taylor Road, Negley, was fined $100 for unsafe vehicle amended from speeding.
An Oct. 29 pretrial was set for William M. Alford Jr., 38, North Lincoln Avenue, Salem, cited with abusing harmful intoxicants after he was allegedly found spraying a can of dust cleaner into his mouth in the parking lot of the Salem Walmart on Sept. 11. Police reportedly confiscated 19 empty cans, a full can and a partially empty can from the car.
An Oct. 30 pretrial was set for Joshua Charles Bricker, 20, West Calla Road, Salem, charged with OVI first offense, failure to control and a seat belt violation.
