In Municipal Court Wednesday, Larry O. Foster, 57, Ogden Street, was fined $50 for open container in a motor vehicle.
Samuel T. Powell, 21, Paul's Lane, was fined $85 for driving under suspension.
A jury trial was scheduled Oct. 18 for Samantha Ward, 26, Andrews Place, charged with receiving stolen property.
Second pretrial was set for Stephen Lee, 42, Lyman Drive, two housing code violations, Oct. 23.
Second arraignment was set for Luke Beatty, 18, Ohio Avenue, charged with theft, Oct. 24; and for Craig A. Swartzlander, 30, First Avenue, obstructing official business and resisting arrest, Oct. 3.
Pretrials were scheduled for Brian M. Stowers, 25, Canton Street, assault, Oct. 25; Suzanne Miller, 82, 6th Street, Wellsville, theft, Oct. 25; and Gage Gough, 18, First Avenue, failure to comply, obstructing official business, resisting arrest, U-turn, no operator's license, no operator's license for an off-road vehicle, display of plate, squealing tires and no motorcycle safety equipment, Sept. 27.
