WELLSVILLE - The Potter Players Community Theatre invites the public to its Butterfly Garden/Deck opening 2 p.m. Sunday at the theatre. LISBON - The 31st annual Sixteen School Reunion is 1p.m. Sunday in the dining hall at Camp McKinley, located off Logtown Road, west of Lisbon. Bring a covered dish and table service. Beverage and rolls provided. Also bring at least one item for the white elephant auction. Those who attended any of the elementary schools in Wayne Township asked to attend.

EAST LIVERPOOL - The Second Baptist Church is having a free yard sale from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday in the church parking lot on Pennsylvania Ave. There will be clothes, furniture, appliances and much more. Hot dogs and punch will be available.

LISBON - Columbiana County Career and Technical Center's ABLE program is offering a free class for any adult considering post-secondary education in the health care field. The class covers basic anatomy, medical terminology, math, writing, and study skills. Preparation for the WorkKeys exam can also be included for interested students. Classes will meet from 6-9 p.m. starting Oct. 1 at the Career Center. They will be Monday, Wednesday and Thursday for six weeks. Call 330-424-9561, extension 190, for more information.

EAST LIVERPOOL - The Naomi Missionary Society will lead the 11 a.m. worship service Sunday at New Hope Baptist Church. Rev. Kathy Kalam of First Baptist Church, Wellsville, is guest speaker. Music will be presented by the mass choir of New Hope.

CHESTER - There is still time to sign up for the Fall session of Story Hour at The Lynn Murray Memorial Library. Story Hour is a free program designed for children ages 3-5. The program provides a hour of stories, games, fingerplays and social interaction. Sessions are held from 11 a.m. to noon on Tuesday or Thursday. Pre-registration is required for the 11 week session.
