Carnes said he didn't know where the woman went and did not wish to press charges.

Deputies responded to an underage drinking party at a Columbiana home on Lower Elkton Road at 1:50 p.m. Sunday after a homeowner reported finding his two young sons had multiple teenagers over and they had been drinking. The man told deputies he wanted all of the teens out of his home and that his two sons left as well after learning that he was calling the sheriff. Deputies found a 13-year-old girl passed out on an old mattress on the floor and woke her up and took her home and spoke to her mother about the situation.

Raymond Sheets, White Water Street, Carlsbad, reported at 9:29 a.m. Friday he and another man share a piece of property on Grant Street and the man had taken all the royalty money for the leased land and deposited it into his bank account.
