Seth R. Steele, 20, Lisbon Street, was charged with OVI, prohibitions, open container in a motor vehicle and failure to control after an accident on Lisbon Street. An officer reported finding a pickup truck had struck a utility pole and Steele standing across the street with injuries, staggering and smelling of alcohol. He reportedly told officers he had had an OVI-related crash in Fredericktown within the previous month.
