Thanks to former Wellsville Mayor Joe Surace and his wife Linda for bringing the idea of the floodwall murals back to Wellsville nine years ago.
While vacationing in New Orleans, they viewed a mural wall and thought that Wellsville had just the place to do this. The murals were started and became a reality. Thanks to artist Gina Hampson and to everyone that purchased one, you are part of history!
Thanks again to Mayor Joe and Linda Surace for the idea, and sharing it with us. They are an asset to our Village.
