WHEELING - N. Richard "Dick" Forzano, of East Liverpool, died Saturday, Sept. 22, 2012, at the Good Shepherd Nursing Home in Wheeling where he had resided. He was 94.
Arrangements are pending at the Dawson Funeral Home.
