Robert E. Staufeneger Jr., 44, East Main Street, Alliance, stipulated in Columbiana County Common Pleas Court he had violated his probation and was sentenced to Thursday to serve time in the county jail until Oct. 9. He was convicted of domestic violence in 2008.
Warren W. Seitz, 47, North Jackson, pleaded guilty to two counts complicity to trafficking in drugs. Sentencing is set of Nov. 15. He faces up to two and a half years in prison, a 10-year license suspension and a fine of $7,500.
Court documents state Seitz assisted Walter Talley in the sale of crack cocaine in 2011. The sale on May 4 was $300 for 2.3 grams of crack cocaine sold to a confidential informant in the vicinity of Seitz' 15-year-old son, while the sale on May 10 was $320 for 2.3 grams.
