Arthur Dicken Sr.
MORENO VALLEY, Calif. - Arthur James Dicken Sr., 85, of Moreno Valley, Calif., died on Aug. 27 at his home.
He was born on Sept. 17, 1926, in New Waterford, the son of John and Hazel (Bishop) Dicken.

Mr. Dicken served in the U.S. Navy aboard the USS Fanning in the South Seas during World War II. He drove for P.I.E for 35 years.
Survivors include his wife, June (Davis) Dicken; a daughter, Terri Hunter of Salem; a son, A.J. Dicken Jr., of Nevada; seven grandchildren; and two great-grandsons.
He was preceded in death by a son, Gilbert J. Dicken.
Services were held Sept. 1 at the Moreno Christian Church in Moreno Valley, Calif. Burial is in Riverside National Cemetery in Riverside, Calif.
Arrangements were handled by Miller-Jones Mortuary in Moreno Valley, Calif.
