In Municipal Court Monday, Steven W. Watters II, Depot Street, Rogers, was fined $150 and sentenced to three jail days for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Michelle R. Ammon, 27, state Route 7, Lisbon, was fined $40 for speeding and $30 for no seat belt.

A case against Scott Helton, 42, Blakely Street, was continued for a second pretrial Sept. 24 to allow him time to hire private counsel. According to the judge's report, he posted 10 percent of a $20,000 bond in cash ($2,000) so is ineligible for a court-appointed attorney. He is charged with OVI, driving under suspension and domestic violence.

Donald L. McKenzie, 24, Saint John Street, was fined $50 for intoxication.

Ashley D. Bable, 25, West Seventh Street, was bound over to the grand jury on a charge of receiving stolen property, with cash/surety bond set at $10,000. According to court records, William McGill had reported his home broken into in June while he was away and, among items taken were his deceased father's credit cards, which were used for several purchases. Among those was the purchase of Sudafed at Rite Aid, which requires the purchaser to provide a photo ID, which allegedly led to Bable.

Pretrials were set for John Eiler, Garfield Street, charged with failure to pay rental license fees, Oct. 2; Andrea D. Thomas, 67, East Fourth Street, domestic violence, Sept. 20; Janaea Armstrong, 33, Ohio Avenue, second domestic violence and assault, Sept. 20; and Andre T. Harris, 28, Ellwood, Pa., falsification and obstructing official business, Sept. 20.

A second pretrial was scheduled Oct. 4 for John T. Slade, 22, Midland, Pa., charged with criminal trespass.
