Sean M. Claar, 31, Aliquippa, Pa., and Kenneth W. Krisa, 54, West Main Street, East Palestine, were westbound on state Route 14 and Claar was stopped in traffic when Krisa failed to stop and struck his vehicle. Claar was taken to Beaver Medical Center with non-incapacitating injuries and Krisa was cited for assured clear distance ahead.
Kenneth W. Krisa, 59, West Main Street, East Palestine, was cited with assured clear distance after his vehicle reportedly struck the rear of a pickup truck by Sean M. Claar, 31, Aliquippa, Pa., while both were westbound on state Route 14. Claar had stopped for a school bus ahead of him with its lights flashing.
