Police charged a man they think is Andre T. Harris, 28, Ellwood, Pa., with falsification and obstructing official business Sunday morning after a traffic stop in which they saw a man in the rear of the vehicle with an open container. They said the man gave three false names and states he said he was from before they opted to book him under the name of Harris, noting in the report they were "still not sure that's his real name." The report noted Harris cost the police department three hours in overtime with his uncooperative actions, "laughing and having a good time the entire time."
