A Rogers man was arrested Friday evening after an officer noticed him coming from a house on Morton Street suspected for drug activity. Steven Watters, 34, Depot Street, told officers he had spent the night at the house but was just leaving. When he was patted down for officers' safety, Watters was reported to be found in possession of a metal tube and metal pipe and was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
