A follow-up to the April Frantz report from Thursday, who said she had been a victim in a domestic assault. Frantz, North Market Street, alleged that Dennis Higinbotham tried to strike her in the face with her purse during the dispute, but she threw up her arm to block the blow and he struck that instead. Higinbotham left prior to the arrival of police, but felony domestic violence charges were filed because he had a prior domestic violence conviction from 2008.
