In Municipal Court Wednesday, Terry E. Riley, 47 Fenton Street, was fined $250 and had his license suspended 180 days for leaving the scene. For driving under suspension, he was fined $150.
An OVI charge was amended to physical control against Melvin L. Mobley Jr., 40, Surprise, Arizona, who was fined $475, sentenced to 30 days, 27 suspended, and placed on probation two years. He was fined $65 for failure to control.
Renee V. Morris, 43, Moore Avenue, was fined $50, each, on charges of disorderly conduct, intoxication and open container in a motor vehicle.
Trial was set Sept. 26 for Ricardo J. Gonzales, 51, Ruth Street, charged with expired operator's license.
Pretrials were scheduled for Jennifer L. Boyle, 18, Wilbert Avenue, charged with disorderly conduct, Sept. 27; Teresa L. Kennedy, 40, Wilbert Avenue, disorderly conduct/fighting, Sept. 27; John R. Chan, 30, Ogden Street, driving under suspension, improper passing, traffic control device and obstructing official business, Oct. 25; and Chad L. Tice, 34, Northside Avenue, drug paraphernalia, Sept. 13.
A second pretrial was scheduled Nov. 14 for Gary Lovett Jr., 20, Chester Avenue, Wellsville, charged with furnishing false information. The case was continued to that date due to pending felony sentencing.
