September 9, 2012
The Review

Several Hanna Drive, Lisbon, residents reported at 8:42 a.m. Thursday neighbors were playing their music very loud during the night, and that they do this frequently. Deputies spoke to Rachel Schreffler and Daniel Devine on Sunset Drive and told them of the complaints and warned that further calls would result in being arrested for persistent disorderly conduct.

John Hutcko, Hoffmeister Road, Petersburg, reported at 2:45 p.m. Wednesday someone poured transmission fluid on his lawn. Hutchko told a deputy that this has happened in the past, as well as other acts of vandalism on his property and that he is going to install a camera to get a picture of the people who are responsible.

Margaret Hostetter, Brushville Road, East Palestine, reported at 1:57 p.m. Wednesday there has been an ongoing problem with motorcycles and other vehicles speeding on Brushville Road near state Route 165. She also reported the motorcycles are doing "wheel stands" while driving down the road at a high rate of speed and a pickup truck driver has on several occasions power braked his truck at the intersection filling the neighborhood and neighbor's homes with tire smoke.

Kenny Parks, Miller Road, Leetonia, reported at 1:57 p.m. Wednesday John Toman and Patty Rambo, who he has a civil court case against, drove past his home and were yelling out the window that they were going to damage his property. He also reported the same thing happened last week.

A New Waterford man reported at 7:26 p.m. Thursday a door was open at a vacant home on Macklin Road. Deputies checked and found the door ajar but no other problems. The door was then shut.

Jennifer Rodriques, Middle Street, Homeworth, reported at 12:13 a.m. Saturday her friend Stephanie Beadnell, West Lincoln Way, Minerva, came to her home at about 11:15 p.m. Friday. While Beadnell was there, someone egged her vehicle from a vehicle which was repeatedly driving past the house. Someone even opened the vehicle and smashed an egg inside. Then while Beadnell was washing the eggs off her vehicle someone began throwing pieces of cement at her vehicle from either side of the home, with one shattering the rear hatch window.
