A woman not identified in reports told officers she was in J.C. Penney for about an hour and returned to her vehicle to find groceries, a new pair of tennis shoes, a game and a camping table missing. She was uncertain if she had locked the vehicle.

A caller reported driving along state Route 170 when another driver followed him to Tim Horton's and confronted him, making an obscene finger gesture. He wanted a report on file.

Charles Cornell, Valley Drive, reported hearing a noise and investigating Monday and seeing someone running from his garage.

A garage window was reported broken out on Berkshire Road.

A juvenile was detained by Walmart personnel after reportedly taking cosmetics and concealing them in her purse, then leaving the store without paying for them. The merchandise was recovered, but reports did not indicate whether the girl was charged.

David Edgell, Hoppel Drive, reported he was sitting outside when he noticed his neighbor's door standing wide open after the home owner had left earlier in the day. Officers checked the interior and found everything seemed intact, secured the home and contacted the owner.
