Jacob S. Lowther, 19, West Summit Lane, East Liverpool, was served a secret indictment for a burglary charge. Lowther is accused of trespassing into the home of Ann Curran, Market Street, East Liverpool, on July 10. The charge is a third-degree felony.
Christopher C. Bowersock, 29, Oak Drive, Wellsville, was served an indictment for charges of possession of drugs and burglary. Bowersock allegedly had Clonazepam in his possession on June 27 and trespassed into the home of William and Debbie Bowersock, Oak Drive, Wellsville. The burglary charge is a third-degree felony, while the drug possession charge is a first -degree misdemeanor.
