James Lemmon, of Weirton: Pleaded guilty to animal cruelty. Sentence of six months in jail suspended. Placed on six months' unsupervised probation. Assessed court costs.

Cory Summers, of Weirton: Charge of domestic battery dismissed at prosecutor's request after defendant completed one-year diversionary program. Assessed court costs.

Kitty Jo Sims, of Weirton: Charge of possession of counterfeit (bank notes) with intent to utter dismissed without prejudice at prosecutor's request.
