A pretrial hearing was set for 8:30 a.m. Oct. 25 for Reshaun A. Tarver, 25, Eleventh Street, Beaver Falls, Pa., on a charge of obstructing official business.
Michael A. Casey Jr., 18, Hammond School Road, was fined $20 for a seat belt violation.
Carolyn E. Hoschar, 68, First Street, Wellsville, was fined $35 for a red light violation.
Angelo M. Lucrino, 41, Hammond Park, Wellsville, was fined $40 for speeding.
Christopher Steele, 25, Lisbon Street, was fined $75 for driving under suspension.
Brian W. Whitson, 49, State Route 267, failed to appear for a seat belt violation.
