In Municipal Court Wednesday, Jess Finley, 95, St. Clair Avenue, was fined $100 for reckless operation.
Robert P. Westlake, 38, Anderson Boulevard, was fined $85 for driving under suspension and $35 for illegal plates.
A driving under suspension charge was dismissed against Matthew L. Goins, 29, state Route 154, Negley, who was fined $35 for driving left of center.
A motion for early release from jail was denied for Jeffrey A. Clark, 28, McKee Road, Wellsville, who had previously been convicted of resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and criminal mischief.
Pretrials were scheduled for Brandi L. Haines, 31, Lisbon Street, charged with obstructing official business, Oct. 4; Todd A. Hawthorne, 30, Church Alley, Chester, W.Va., driving under suspension, defective exhaust, Oct. 11; Christopher J. Price, Myler Park Road, disorderly conduct, Sept. 6; and Kayla M. Mrosko, 21, Commerce Street, Wellsville, prohibitions concerning companion animals, Sept. 18.
A jury trial was set Sept. 25 for Scott A. Shaw, 50, Myler Park Road, charged with disorderly conduct.
