Brenda Thomas, Raley Road, New Waterford, reported at 5:04 p.m. Tuesday she is in the process of moving and found the back door of her trailer open. She did not find anything missing.
Clare Allgood, Hibbits Mill Road, Wellsville, reported at 4:35 a.m. Sunday she was kicked out of her car and assaulted by her ex-boyfriend. She claimed she was on the side of the road waiting for deputies, but they were unable to locate her after searching the area multiple times.
Walt Reynolds, Grafton Road, Leetonia, reported at 7:13 a.m. Monday sometime on Aug. 27 someone stole extruded and sheet aluminum from his property. The matter is under investigation.
Nick Haddox, 10th Street Extension, Wellsville, reported at 5:22 p.m. Monday a tree limb fell on his vehicle while it was parked in his driveway.
Matt Francy, Steubenville Pike, Hammondsville, reported at 4:23 p.m. Monday he found an ATV in the weeds on Hazel Run Road while he was there fishing. There was no VIN number found. The ATV was towed.
Ron Wisbeth of Rescue 40, Lusk Lock and state Route 154, Lisbon, reported at 4:10 p.m. Monday numerous items were taken from his property. He planned to do an inventory.
Dennis Stock, a dispatcher with East Palestine police, reported at 8:54 p.m. Monday someone had reported a vehicle inside the gate at Total Waste Logistics in Negley. Deputies found the man was a security guard.
Carrie Kurpely, Steubenville Pike, Wellsville, reported at 7:26 p.m. Monday her neighbors were shooting unsafely. Deputies spoke to the neighbor, who showed where he was shooting. It did not appear unsafe to the deputy.
Stephen P. Hendricks, 22, state Route 9, Hanoverton, was charged with carrying a concealed weapon following a traffic stop in the Circle K parking lot on the state Route 45 bypass in Perry Township at 11:42 p.m. Wednesday. The deputy pulled Hendricks over for failing to dim his headlights and saw he had a handgun half exposed under his T-shirt. Hendricks did not have a concealed-carry permit and was charged. He was also cited for failing to dim his headlights.
A car stolen out of Youngstown was found wrecked and abandoned on Beeson Mill Road in Salem Township, south of state Route 14. The keys were still in the ignition.
Rebecca Simmons, Buck Road, Knox Township, reported Wednesday her ex-husband filed a complaint with the Smith Township police alleging he was not getting his court-ordered visitation, which she said was false.
Ashley Cyders, Rochester Road, Kensington, reported Wednesday being harassed by a woman she knows at a United Local football field.
