Rita J. Lohman, 42, Lisbon Road, Canfield and Dorene Lynn Milhoan, 22, Wellsville Avenue, Lisbon, were southbound on state Route 45 in Center Township at 12:30 p.m. Friday and Lohman stopped at a red light and was struck by Milhoan. Milhoan was cited for assured clear distance.
Frederick L. Nelder, 54, Shadylane, Lisbon, and Amy Lynn Bobalik, 47, Brandon Drive, Wellsville, were southbound on state Route 45 in Center Township at 1:45 p.m. Aug. 29 and stopped at a red light when Bobalik pulled forward and struck Nelder. Bobalik was cited for improper starting and backing.
Floyd W. Lautzenheiser, 78, Winona Road, Homeworth, and William L. Ingledue, 70, Teegarden Road, Lisbon, were northbound on state Route 45 in Center Township at 10:45 a.m. Aug. 29 and Lautzenheiser slowed to make a left turn into a business drive and was struck from behind by Ingledue. Ingledue was cited for assured clear distance.
Wayne V. Denny, 69, Rambo Avenue, Alliance, was eastbound on Buck Road in Knox Township at 9:30 a.m. Aug. 29 and drove off the right side and struck a ditch and a culvert. He was cited for failure to control.
Raymond L. Davis, 44, Mosier Road, Girard, was southbound on Beeson Mill Road in Fairfield Township at 9:53 a.m. Aug. 29 and Thomas A. Simcox, 78, East Park Avenue, Columbiana, was eastbound on East High Street Extension and failed to yield from a stop sign and struck Davis.
Seth Robert Steele, 20, Lisbon Street, East Liverpool, was southbound on state Route 170 in St. Clair Township at 1:45 p.m. Saturday and drove off the right side and then the left side and struck a guardrail. He was cited for failure to control and OVI.
Marcus E. Miller, 30, Lisbon Dungannon Road, Lisbon, was northbound on Gamble Road in Center Township at 4:30 p.m. Aug. 25 and hit a dog. Miller was taken to Salem Hospital with non-incapacitating injuries.
