EAST LIVERPOOL - TOPS 1390 met on Aug. 28. Mildred Elliott gave the TOPS and KOPS pledges. There were eighteen members weighed in at the First Free Methodist church on St. Clair Avenue.

Jonnie Carnes talked about her family and read a story about two who lost track of each and learned they lived in the place all the older years and got married.
