* Francis L. Taylor, 70, Newell, W.Va., was fined $65 for failure to yield.
* A domestic violence charge was dismissed against Jason R. Jones, 32, Newell, W.Va., due to the whereabouts of the alleged victim being unknown.
* Pretrial was set Nov. 11 for Brandon Welling, 42, Lisbon Street, charged with OVI, driving under suspension and failure to control.
* A jury trial was scheduled Oct. 18 for Shane E. Johnson, 25, Dresden Avenue, charged with OVI and marked lanes.
