CALCUTTA - Are you ready for some football?
Calcutta Lions Club is offering chances at a Steelers package that includes not only two tickets to an upcoming Steelers home game, but jerseys and cash as well.
Linda Metrovich is in charge of the raffle, with just 1,000 tickets offered. Tickets are $5 each, she said.
The raffle is one of the main fundraisers for the Calcutta Lions Club, she said.
The drawing will be Oct. 9. The two game tickets are for the Oct. 28 game at Heinz Field in Pittsburgh. The Steelers will take on the Washington Redskins.
Besides the two game tickets, the winner will also receive two Steelers jerseys, a $100 gas card, and $100 in cash the winners can use that day for food and parking fees.
Metrovich said tickets are available from any Calcutta Lions Club member, or at the Mini Mart, Sabatini Shoes, Hoges and Stitch-a-Long in Calcutta.
