In Columbiana County Juvenile Court, a 14-year-old East Liverpool, girl was cited with engaging in turbulent behavior on Aug. 19.
A 16-year-old East Liverpool boy, who lives in the Beaver Local School District, was cited with criminal damaging for his alleged actions on July 5.
