East Liverpool Municipal Court for 8-31

In Municipal Court Thursday, Mark B. Vankirk, 39, Commerce Street, Wellsville, was fined $150, sentenced to 180, 150 suspended, and was placed on probation two years for theft.

Joseph R. Garwood, 24, unknown address, was fined $200, sentenced to 30 days, 26 suspended and placed on probation two years for each of two charges, criminal damaging and disorderly conduct, amended from domestic violence.

Jason Greathouse, 28, Crestview Road, Leetonia, was fined $200, sentenced to 180 days, 90 suspended, and placed on probation two years for receiving stolen property. A burglary charge was dismissed.

Mary R. Marshall, 49, Saint George Street, was sentenced to 180 days, 131 suspended for domestic violence, with 49 days credit given for time served. She was placed on probation two years.

A domestic violence charge was amended to disorderly conduct against Amber Mazza, 21, East Sixth Street, who was fined $150, sentenced to 30 days, 29 suspended and placed on probation two years.

Edward Bailey Jr., 27, Vine Street, was fined $250, sentenced to 90 days, 70 suspended, and placed on probation two years for each of two counts of driving under suspension.

Megan G. Wilson, 22, Eynon Street, Irondale, was fined $250, sentenced to 30 days, 27 suspended, and placed on probation two years for driving under suspension. For required lights, she was fined $30, with an expired plates charge dismissed.

Victoria L. Barton, 53, St. Clair Avenue, was assessed court costs only for a speeding charge.

Diane L. Miner, 50, Niles, was fined $50 for speeding.

A jury trial was set Oct. 18 for Tawney D. Dobritz, Midland, Pa., charged with four counts of passing bad checks.
