In Municipal Court Thursday, Jamie Pearson, 36, Georgetown, Pa., was fined $200, sentenced to 180 days, 105 suspended and placed on probation three years for both carrying a concealed weapon and aggravated menacing. He was fined $100 for disorderly conduct.

Timothy M. Wamsley, 29, Etruria Street, was fined $150, sentenced to 30 days, 28 suspended, and placed on probation two years for theft. He was given two days credit for time served and ordered to have no contact with any Walmart store.

Rebecca Sisco, 24, Marcus Street, was fined $150, sentenced to 30 days, suspended, and placed on probation two years for assault. She was fined $30 for no seat belt.

Gregory A. Todd, 34, Minerva Street, was fined $150, sentenced to 180 days, 90 suspended, and placed on probation two years for each of two counts of theft. He was ordered to have no contact with any Walmart story or with Mitzi Stoddard.

Jeremy R. Crawford, 31, Maple Avenue, Wellsville, was fined $200, sentenced to 90 days, 80 suspended, and placed on probation two years for theft. He was ordered to have no contact with any Walmart store. For criminal trespass, he was fined $100 and sentenced to 30 days, suspended.

Lisa C. Taylor, 50, 6th Avenue, LaCroft, was fined $150 for disorderly conduct.

Wayne D. Winters, 41, Dewey Avenue, was fined $150 for driving under suspension, with a theft charge dismissed.

Two counts of passing bad checks were dismissed against Marla M. Bryner, 27, Youngstown.

A jury trial was set Oct. 18 for Christopher Price, 23, Myler Park Road, charged with domestic violence and resisting arrest.

Second pretrial was set Oct. 4 for John Lockett III, 35, Maplewood Avenue, charged with two counts of prohibitions regarding companion animals.
