Officers were called to the home of Glenda and Vance Beaver, where Mrs. Beaver asked to have her husband removed, saying she had just evicted her husband and would have his name removed from the HUD lease. Officers explained that, without the proper eviction procedures taken, they could not remove him. Mr. Vance told officers his wife was upset about him purchasing a pair of tennis shoes for their son and that he would stay clear of her until things blew over.
Called to Hollywood Avenue for a man with a gun, officers were advised by Nicole Feciuch and Jimmy Neville, who said they confronted a Dewey Avenue man about him shooting their dog. Once on his property, the man fired a gun in the air and told them to leave. Both Feciuch and Neville were highly intoxicated, according to reports, which indicated two handguns were removed from a truck owned by the other man. All were advised to stay away from each other.
Chris Collins, Lisbon Street, reported his vehicle keyed on both sides and across the hood and the dome light was broken inside. His employer's garage door remote was also missing. He offered the name of a possible suspect.
