In Municipal Court Monday, Christian M. Byers, 19, Bradshaw Avenue, was fined $150, sentenced to 30 days, 28 suspended and placed on probation two years for theft. For possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana, he was fined $150 each.
Daniel M. Duke, 20, Oak Street, was fined $100, sentenced to 30 days, 25 suspended and placed on probation two years for each of two counts of prohibition.
Jeremy A. Camp, 20, Cannons Mill Road, was fined $70 for speeding and $30 for no seat belt.
Adriana M. Jennings, 22, Old Fredericktown Road, was fined $135 for no operator's license, with a left of center charge dismissed.
Robert W. Petty Sr., 47, Lisbon Street, was fined $40 for speeding.
Michael E. Hooper, 45, Peake Street, was fined $100 for intoxication.
Pretrials were scheduled for Jeremy R. Crawford, 31, Maple Avenue, Wellsville, Aug. 16, theft; Diane K. Wells, 46, Chester, W.Va., Aug. 30, failure to control; Cynthia L. Worrell, 44, Oakwood Street, Aug. 30, OVI and marked lanes; Vicky L. McConnell, 54, Garner Avenue, Aug. 2, second offense violating a protection order; Jeffrey S. Bloor, 32, 9th Street, Aug. 2, violating a protection order; Scott A. McKinnon, 51, Aug. 2, second offense domestic violence; and John Lockett III, 35, Maplewood Avenue, Aug. 16, two counts prohibitions against companion animals.
n Second arraignments were scheduled Aug. 6 for Melvin L. Mobley Jr., 40, Surprise, Ariz., OVI, failure to control and Tyler I. Buzzard, 21, Fawcett Street, theft.
